Ntc22 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and rules governing the use of the ntc22 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein.
These terms apply to all users of the ntc22 platform in Malaysia. Effective date: 2026.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
Section 1
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ntc22 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ntc22 platform.
To use the ntc22 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the use of the platform.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not be located in a jurisdiction where online betting activities are prohibited.
- Register for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
Ntc22 reserves the right to reject any registration application or terminate the account of any user who does not meet these eligibility requirements, at any time.
Account Creation, Security & Responsibilities

Registration & Account Information
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the ntc22 platform. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Users are responsible for keeping their personal information up to date should any changes occur.
Ntc22 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary suspension of account access.
Password & Account Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account will be considered as actions taken by you, unless you have reported unauthorised access to us.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact ntc22's support team immediately. We will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that occurred prior to the report being made.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Section 3
Users agree to use the ntc22 platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action:
- Abusing promotions or bonuses dishonestly or through prohibited methods.
- Using automated software or methods (bots) to access or interact with the platform.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
- Registering using false identity information or the identity of another person.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems and infrastructure.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information

Deposits & Payment Methods
All financial transactions on the ntc22 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Available deposit methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank internet banking, CIMB, and other local payment options. ntc22 does not accept cash deposits or transfers made through channels that are not officially supported.
Minimum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method. Users are advised to check the current limits in the Wallet section of their account before making any transactions.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name. ntc22 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times vary depending on the selected method and completion of account verification.
Ntc22 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for security review purposes or to meet compliance requirements. Users will be notified if such a hold is applied and will be given an estimated timeframe for the review.
Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Section 5
Limitation of Liability
Ntc22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including service interruptions, technical delays, or any third-party issues beyond our control. ntc22's liability is limited to the value of the relevant transaction in circumstances that can be substantiated.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ntc22 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or legal compliance requirements. Any valid balance in an account closed without fault on the user's part will be returned to the user upon completion of the review, subject to applicable conditions.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, text, images, software, and other elements on the ntc22 platform are the exclusive property of ntc22 or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ntc22.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Third-Party Links & Services
The ntc22 platform may provide access to third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, and streaming platforms. ntc22 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of each third-party service they use independently.
Changes to These Terms
Ntc22 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the ntc22 platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate channels.
